I had this website created to connect with business professionals, former or existing business owners, supervisors, managers, real estate brokers agents, stock or mortgage brokers or other successful networking leaders. I have been in network marketing for 15 years; and 13 of the years have been full time in the industry.

I was a former traditional business owner of 5 businesses and did very well financially, but just got tired of being time broke all the time.

I joined the network marketing industry because I saw a way to create a monthly residual income that would pay me long after I decide to retire. The interesting point is the industry has turned out to be better than I ever imagined it could be financially and even more importantly, I love what I do.

Over the past 5 years, my team is in excess of 125,000 representatives and a customer base of well over 400,000 customers worldwide.

If you are someone who has done well financially or is just tired of what you do and looking for something different, this industry is for you. It's not an industry for people who don't have work ethic or need to be baby sat. If you really want to be ultra successful you must bring strong work ethic to the table.

If you want to work with someone who has a system in place to build a large thriving organization of people, I definitely offer it. This industry will never be about your talents. As an individual, your individual talents will enhance your business but for you to build a big team in a network marketing company you have to have a duplicatable system for the masses. In addition, you need a company that has withstood the test of time.

You will find many people on the internet promising how their company is better and you can be wealthy in 90 days, etc. I'm here to tell you they are misleading you and that type of opportunity doesn't exist if it's legal. You will also see blogs or misleading information about one company or another from people calling themselves experts, they are usually from a competing company and they are writing untrue information to sway you to their company. The sad part is these individuals have no accountability for their statements and most are 99% false information. Take your time to get the facts from a credible government website that regulates our industry. Check out the stability of the company but more importantly the credibility of the person that will be coaching you through the process.

The 6 keys to look for that you DON'T want to see in a company, if your looking for a long term residual income are the following:

Company has been in business less than 15 years.
Company's product has a high price tag with monthly reorders or isn't an everyday used service.
Company hasn't been aggressively expanding internationally.
Your sponsor doesn't have a duplicatable system for the masses.
Company has had financial issues in the past.
Company has only 1 product that isn't in everyone's home today.
