Happy New Year Everyone, I always love the patented New Years resolution. It’s interesting that every year we wait until January to make a new promise to ourselves. Maybe it’s to be a better person, quit smoking, loose weight or just make more money. The problem with New Years resolutions is not the resolution itself, but the commitment that needs to come with them.
I always find it interesting that January I can’t find a single spot to park at my health club which had spots available all year long. But come February the parking lot is empty again? Why is that? Just one month ago these individuals vowed to change their life and now they have changed their mind? Is it possible that they thought it over and discovered it was a bad idea to get in shape?
Hi Everybody, Just wanted to touch on a few things I have been doing while building a new group. I love building new groups, not only because I LOVE changing people’s lives but it keeps me in touch with the challenges YOU go through. Plus the money is always GREAT!! To better train, how could I keep my business building tools “sharpened” if I am NOT doing the business myself.
One of the most important aspects of our business is to “empower” people. To create duplication. you should watch your new team members doing the one on one’s and group meetings. It is so important NOT to always do it for them, but to help them do it. The old saying comes to mind, “Give a man a fish, and feed him for the day. Teach him to fish, you’ve fed him for life!”
I would say the number one question I am asked in my business is “Who are the right people for our business?”. The answer is there is NO way of knowing.
Were in a interesting industry of timing, Our business is all about finding people at the right time of their life. What I mean by that is circumstances in peoples life’s change all the time with their jobs, family life etc. It’s so important for us all to understand that if we approach a person right after they have just had their biggest financial success in their life they may not be looking for an opportunity to like ours right now.
Hello Everyone,I wanted to share some thoughts and current events we are going through today.
To be successful, one must be willing to pay a price. You see the mark of a true champion is not the amount of times you get knocked down, but rather the amount of times you stand back up. I am sure you have heard this before but most people don’t even realize they are flat on their back, swimming in the pool of mediocrity all of their lives. Do you know why? It’s because when a challenge comes along in the pursuit of their dreams, they feel comfort relaxing in the pool of excuses.
